Strange things never cease to happen. These things themselves make the world go round. Consider this: Many years ago, a solar eclipse happened in one primitive part of the earth. You know what it means—day changed to night. And the ignorant villagers, who didn't know what had just happened, thought that the world has come to an end. See farmers racing down to their village huts! Behold mothers frantically searching for their weeping babies in the village playground! Watch birds and domestic animals hastily making to their hiding places! Chaos!!

Often our commander in chief will go on the road for the sake of diplomacy, promoting a government policy or visiting our neighbors or allies. President Bush is on his way to India to discuss their efforts to use nuclear power and maintain their civilization thru strength. This visit is good for our allies, our nation and free trade with this huge emerging super power of the future.

In the last two Presidential elections it has appeared that, our country and the voters are equally divided. This has seemed to provide an atmosphere of constant battle with so much distasteful rhetoric by individuals, the press, and political leaders. The feelings of freedom to speak and democracy are not always present. One may wish to question if they even exist.

Its a sad day, when you realize that the country that you love, and the place where youve lived all your life is going to hell in a hand basket, and nobody wants to do anything to stop it, are the people in the USA just going to wait for the country that we live in to destroy its self from the inside out, and take no action to stop it form happening.

Losing soldiers to roadside landmines and IEDs when you are helping a country mend fences and prevent a civil war from escalating is indeed nothing short of tragic. We all support those young men and women in uniform as they complete their mission. The Iraqi war is not something we wish to talk about and it is unfortunate indeed many do not approve on the human asset side especially considering the political fallout if we cut and run or fail to complete our mission, there will be hell to pay in that regions of decades to come.

As I awoke this morning, I was greeted by a sky that had
lowered slightly since the previous morning. The sooty
atmosphere threatened to choke my senses before I could
get to my espresso. In my inexplicable delirious state, I
stumbled and clamored to the newspaper. There it was - a
picture of Stephen Harper as a marionette being
manipulated by George W. Bush!

A recent study has shown that just about two-thirds of Democrat Leadership pads their resumes on their websites. Businesses who do this can be sued by shareholders or the Government for misrepresentation of facts; why the double standard for our Democratic Leadership in the United States Senate or House of Representatives?

Is globalization estranging us from our human nature? Some believe it is and one point maybe that if we leave those villages alone, they can live out their human endeavor without the niceties of modern civilization. Does this mean that we should leave alone such groups, tribes or cultures, even if they are living with their animals, starving or the children are dying of malaria, typhoid or dysentery? If these groups wish to be left alone we can certainly do that, I suppose, that does not necessarily make it right to allow them to live that way or die that way?
